Please keep an eye on our instagram for event deadlines. These are peek periods and can affect order turnarounds. Our current turn around is 2 weeks production plus freight. All orders are shipped Auspost Express and Larger orders ($1000+/Interstate) go Startrack Overnight. New! Express Orders left your order a little late? We are trialling express order options. This will only apply when we have a busy queue or event close date. We will only do on request and not charge you if we happen to do your order fast. express production is 1 week production instead of the event turn around of 3 weeks. This is only express production so please allow the usual time required for post. We may only be able to accept on request basis so please ask if it's possible. Express orders will not affect standard production orders and will be completed outside of business hours (Don't worry we work from home and this is in extreme circumstances only). Express charge is 20% ontop of order total. This allows us to cover extra staff if needed and costs required.

Express is only available for stocked vinyls, we will confirm if any items need to be ordered in for the order before invoicing. Order processing starts when invoice is paid. Restock orders can get processed faster, please let us know any event deadlines on your order form and we will try our best to make it work within reasonable expectations.

Here is an explanation of each column you need to fill out before emailing it to us:

File Name: the way that the name appears in the files you've sent us! Please make sure that you're using the same name for both especially if you have a lot of designs we need to search through!

Size (Height): in millimeters please! We calculate the width when we set up your files, so just the height from the top to bottom of the design as it appears in the file.

Qty: the quantity you require! Please keep in mind that we require a total order quantity of 100 as the minimum.

Notes (laminate finish, cut file specifics): please include here the type of laminate you'd like (matte, gloss, holo stars) and any other specific info about the kind of cuts you'd like. For example if you'd like a kiss cut but with a white border, mention you don't want it cut right up to the design!

Cutline Proof: If you choose YES, we will send you a mock up of your sticker to show you how it will be cut, this is the time to make revisions and make sure the artwork comes out how you expect! We are more than happy to make changes. If you choose NO we will choose how the artwork is cut out ourselves; we recommend this option, because we have a lot of experience with what works best for what kind of artwork!

And that's it! If you give us this info we can easily calculate a quote for you. As usual, don't be scared to ask us questions!

As well as holographic laminates that go on top of regular printed vinyl stickers, we offer stickers printed directly on holographic vinyl! These are essentially exactly the same as our regular printed stickers, but the whole sticker has the potential to be holographic. Below are the options that we have availble for printed holographic stickers: Spot holo printed stickers: When white is printed on top of holographic, it blocks the holo from shining through. We call this "spot" holo, it means you can select only part of the sticker to be holo and the rest to look like a normal sticker. Here is an example, just the eyes, text and select strands of hair have been kept holo. Colours printed over the top of holo are sheer, so you can make the holo shine through any colour you need.

Regular holo printed stickers:

Below is an example of a holographic sticker with NO white, all of the colours appear holographic in various levels. Black can have a similar effect to the white mentioned above, but it is still faintly holographic in direct light! Different designs suit different types of holographic printing, and if you're unsure we are happy to give you some advice via email whenever you need.

Printing lingo can be a little confusing, here's what we mean at StickerOoze when we use one of these words:

Vinyl Cut: single colour vinyl cut into a shape, these are traditional car decals! Text and simple designs look especially good as diecuts.

Kiss Cut: our specialty, and what you've seen on our socials most! Printed vinyl cut around your design with as little bleed as a 0.5 mm, think traditional stickers you'd put on electronics or scrap books, but we print them on weatherproof media and they can be as detailed as you need! They are just as durable as diecuts.

Diecut: the same as a kiss cut, with the backing paper cut to the edge of the design. We can cut any simple outlines, like below!

Our kiss-cuts and slaps are printed on glossy vinyl but we also add a laminate on the top to ensure they can last in the weather. We have a variety of laminate to choose from that can add to your design and help it shine! All of them are UV safe, even the holographic ones!

We print in bulk! We don't do one off customs unfortunately.
